This review is dedicated to an older female, brown hair, named Chris I was told. I explained my situation to her as my Bowdens Snow Cannon broke at the thread for the second time, she checked if it could be replaced, and assumed it was over tightened or dropped. It was not. The plastic was brittle and broke in less than a year after being replaced. That assumption was bad customer service and I would not recommend any customer talk to her. The rest of the staff is very respectful and understanding, she was not. Her service was worth 1 star the rest of the store and other employees deserve 5 stars. That is my reasoning for 3 stars

Great store, friendly knowledgeable staff, great to deal with Most recent experience was a click and collect, there was a slight hiccup, where one part was at another store, Chris was awesome, called the store got it cancelled from that store, ordered paid in store for the part, arrived the next day and Chris phoned to say it was in store waiting Sensational service

I find repco the same as most these days. If it's not laid out in a computer it's nearly impossible. Gone are the days of great hands on knowledge. I was even told I was wrong when I told him what part I needed for my vehicle. So under the advise of the computer I took the part home and it was the wrong one. Maybe I'm not so silly after all.

I was stoked with the service, it was proactive and helpful. However I questioned the size of the oil filter I received at point of sale and was reassured it was the right one. Went to do the service and it was far too small supposed to be ROF36 and got given a much smaller oil filter. Haven’t had the chance to go back as I don’t live on the Sunny Coast.
